1. Eligibility

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters processing. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where required.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Runhon reserves the right to cancel or decline any order due to payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or other legitimate business reasons. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) begin processing on the following business day.

Runhon currently ships only within the United States using USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

8. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Runhon is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information, carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 50 days of the delivery date.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Clearance items, final sale items, gift cards, and products showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Runhon does not charge any restocking fee.

11. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by Runhon, we will cover the return shipping cost or reimburse the verified shipping expense when applicable.
